This session will provide students with practical techniques to support their well-being, particularly as they approach a busy time of year with orals, projects, and exams.

This workshop will include both theory and practical yoga, helping students understand the nervous system, which controls how we think, feel, and respond to stress. When we feel low (sluggish, unmotivated) or high (stressed, overwhelmed), our nervous system is out of balance. Through breathing, movement, and mindfulness, students will learn how to regulate emotions, reduce stress, and restore focus—valuable tools for managing this busy period.
