First Year Football win

Well done to our first year footballers who played against Coachford Community College yesterday. They were in control from the very start, and ran out worthy winners. Their team spirit, commitment and tireless effort right throughout was exemplary. Comhghairdeas libh go léir Maith sibh!

Under 14 Tennis Win

The u14 Cup team travelled to Youghal yesterday to play the final group match of this year’s cup. The teams played to a draw and it went to a tie break set. St Angela’s came away with the victory on the day, and are delighted to now progress to the finals of this year’s tournament. 

Ecology Trip

5th year biology students visited Fota Wildlife park to complete an Ecology course last Friday.  The girls had great fun travelling by train, enjoyed seeing the animals and furthered their Ecological learning. 

National Youth Le Chéile Day

10 Transition Year students, along with Ms Ryan and Ms Shannon, celebrated National Youth Le Chéile Day yesterday in Knock. They travelled up alongside the students from the Ursulines in Blackrock. The girls attended Mass in the Basilica, and then enjoyed activites such as mediation and letter writing. The day was enjoyed by all.
