Clothing

The school tracksuit, which consists of a navy top and bottoms, navy polo shirt and sports socks must be worn. Appropriate runners must also be worn. Senior students may wear plain navy leggings.

Class organisation, timetabling and teaching

There are four Physical Education teachers delivering the programme.

Every student in the school has access to PE for the six years they spend in St. Angela’s College.

First to third year students are timetabled for two periods of PE per week for the full academic year.

Fourth year students are timetabled for three periods of PE per week for 14 weeks with an additional 7 week module of first aid.

Fifth year students are timetabled for two periods of PE per week in rotation with SPHE and Careers.

Sixth year students are timetabled for two periods of PE per week for the year.
