As part of this year’s Young Social Innovators project, our YSI students have recently created and digitally published a cookbook in conjunction with dietician Ali Dorgan, with whom they have been working this year looking at the importance of Nutrition for teenagers and their health and wellbeing. In their cookbook you will find a collection of nutritionally balanced meals that are quick and easy to make on the go. We hope this cookbook can be of use to both students, teachers and any parents/guardians.
