On Friday, 30th of March 2012, the three First Year classes had a sleepover in the High School. The aim was to have fun together and also to fundraise for the school. Half of the money raised went to a past pupil to help set up an orphanage in Belarus. Some parents and sixth year students volunteered to help out on the night. The First years had a great night watching movies, eating pizza and lots of sweets. Five brave girls stayed up all night. In the morning everybody helped to clean up the BIG HUGE mess. It was such a successful night that Mr Curran is thinking about making this event a First Year tradition in St Angela’s from now on. We would like to thank all the parents and the sixth year students who helped out and made sure that we all had a great time.
