Prize Day 2022
On Friday last, the YSI Direct Provision students met with some of the ladies from BRIJ who work with the residents of 3 direct provision centres in Cork. After coffee and some home-made cakes, the girls presented a cheque to BRIJ from their fundraising activities. This money will be used to fund activities for residents in the centres. It was a wonderful way to round off the amazing year the girls have had, and celebrate all the work they have put in all year. The girls hope to visit one of the centres over the summer, and continue their work. Well done all.
