TY SPRING Project featured in The Echo.

A new cookery competition was launched at national level this year called the Kenwood Young Baker. A large number of Home Economics students from St Angela’s College entered the competition, and did our school proud by producing cakes to a very high standard. The cakes produced were exceptional, and all students who entered are commended for their skill and creativity. The entries from our school were judged by Ms.Higginbotham, who herself is a cake making and decorating whizz!
The winning entries are:
1st Prize- Nicole Clarke- 3rd year- The Teddy Bears Picnic cake
2nd prize- Caoimhe Cripps- Transition year- The M&M cake
3rd prize- Heather healy -2nd year -The Black Forest cake
