Munster Tennis Schools Competition Finals

Well done to our U14 team who won the Munster Cup Final. They played against Scoil Mhuire last Wednesday, and had a 4-1 victory. The four first year players who represented St Angela’s College were Nicole Walsh, Hannah Lynch, Jenny Murphy and Izzy MacCarthy.

Well done also to our U19 team for getting through to Finals day. Our 6th year students – Jessie Fitzgerald, Ellie Purrmann, Camille McDonnell and Abbie Ward played super tennis but they were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Scoil Mhuire. Well done to all the tennis players for representing the school so well.
