Today March 5th is ‘Think Pink’ Day in St Angela’s College! Think Pink Day is a fundraising day for Breast Cancer Ireland. We chose to fundraise for this charity as we mark and celebrate International Women’s Week. The Junior Student Council asked all students and staff to wear pink on this day and to pay €2 in reception on the way into school. Fundraising is a such a necessary endeavour to help contribute to effective research and care. We are so proud to say that €1,130 was raised today. Thank you so much to all our students, staff and parents for your huge generosity and support! Helping others and supporting members of our own community is at the core of the ethos in St Angela’s College, so we thank you for your contribution.
