We would like to commend our Transition Year students for their exceptional participation in the HOPE's School Immersion Programme. Throughout this enriching experience, our students engaged in a variety of activities aimed at supporting underserved communities and promoting educational access for all.
During our time in Kolkata our students visited several facilities, including Sickline Naboasha, Saini International School, Kasba Girls Home, Ashar Alo Girls Home, SICW Special Educational Needs Home, Kasba Crèche, Bhagar Crèche and Schools, Chetla Naboasha, and the HOPE Hospital. These visits provided invaluable insights into the challenges faced by these communities.
We are immensely proud of our students who through their hard work and determination raised over €50,000 which will directly support over 60 projects run by the Hope Foundation providing a safe haven and crucial educational opportunities for the children in their care. We would like to thank our school community for their unwavering support of our students' fundraising endeavors.
A special thanks to the teachers involved, including Ms. Bermingham, Ms. Lynch, and Ms. Ducey, for their guidance and support throughout this journey.
