3rd Year Home Economics

3rd year Home Economics students presented some tempting desserts last week. The selection included chocolate mousse with mini meringues, Biscoff cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, mini crumbles, banoffee, brownies, mini fruit crumbles, upside-down raspberry cake, biscuits and chocolate ganache tartlets. Well done girls- lots of skills being developed for the Junior Cycle practical exam .
