Model United Nations

After a hiatus of 2 years, the Davis College Model United Nations returned to Cork City Hall this week and a number of St Angela’s College students were delegates representing countries as diverse as Kenya, Republic of Korea and the Maldives. Over 3 days, students developed their skills of negotiation, lobbying and debating, and in fact TY student Lauren O’Keeffe 4B received a ‘Honourable Mention’ in recognition of her skills in the UN Special Conference – well done Lauren. Great to have such unique event back on the School calendar!
