2nd Year Home Economics students made some delicious Chilli Beef Tacos this week!
As part of our history week celebrations all second years went on a walking tour of Cork City. They viewed sights which commemorated events such as the 1798 Rebellion, WW1 and the Irish Civil War. Everyone made sure to get a photo beside their favourite Cork hero, Michael Collins.
On March 21st the Second year students, accompanied by their teachers went on a cross-curricula History and Geography Trip to Fota House.
