Tennis

Students with experience playing competitive tennis are invited to represent St Angela’s each year.  The competition is open to all year groups and is organised by Tennis Ireland.  Students who have represented Munster are only eligible for cup competitions.  Students compete in teams of four, playing two doubles and two singles matches at each fixture.  As matches are alternatively played home and away, parents are requested to rotate transporting their daughter’s team to fixtures.  We have had great success throughout the years in both the cup and shield competitions. If any parent is willing to get involved in coordinating the competition fixtures at any of the age groups, please make contact through the school office.
