TY SPRING Project featured in The Echo.
Well done to all our athletes who performed exceptionally well in the Munster Schools’ Cross Country Championships which were held recently in Tramore Valley Park.
Lauren, Ella and Niamh, TY, were the first team home in the Intermediate race, and they also achieved the lowest team points on the day.
Our Minor team Hannah, Ava and Alicia, 1st year, came home 2nd in the team event. Anna C had an incredible individual race claiming a silver medal.
Faye O’R, TY, ran a great race in the Senior Girls’ competition, and has also qualified for the All Ireland Cross Country Championships to be held this Saturday in Ballybrit Galway.
We know the girls will do themselves and St Angela’s College proud. A fantastic achievement by all of you. Ádh mór oraibh go léir.
