6th Year Yoga Workshop Photos & Breathing Techniques Reminder
Sophie M, 5th Year, competed in the National Senior Indoor Championships recently in the 200m and the Senior 4x200m Relay.
Sophie ran a fantastic PB in the 200m dropping her time down to 24.85seconds, missing the Senior final by 0.03 seconds.
As third leg for the relay she closed a 5 to 10m gap and took her team into first place going into the final leg. The team finished in the silver medal position, just narrowly missing out on the defence of their National title from last year
