TY SPRING Project featured in The Echo.
Last Thursday our TY students set off on their annual trip to Knock International Shrine followed by a visit to Galway City.
Despite a very early start the girls were in excellent spirits.
The morning included a guided and prayerful tour of the Shrine, a visit to the Museum, and an opportunity for Confession.
The visit ended with Rosary for our group and quiet prayer in the Parish Church.
It was wonderful to see the girls’ reaction to the story of Our Lady’s silent apparition in this sacred place.
At 1pm we journeyed to Salthill where the girls enjoyed some free time for lunch and a stroll through the winding streets of Galway city. A wonderful day in Autumnal sunshine.
